The Moment You Can Know

Yes. You can only know anything in the moment. The future and the past is of no value to the moment of experience. The past may bring fear or unwillingness to attempt what is newly available. The past may also tempt you into something that cannot be repeated, or that you long for, in false remembrance of better days. The future may also bring fear, or expectations of outcome that may not be in your best interest. While you are focussed on either past or future, you cannot appreciate the present, which is all there really is. When you immerse yourself in the moment, when you are painting, for example, you are just being in the moment. The moment that you can know. Co-creation happens in the moment that is allowed. Be in the moment often today.
