Should
When you have a strong sense of what should be, it is a reflection of the life lived thus far. You have been told all your life how you should be, how others should be, how things should be. That strong notion of “should be“ can only lead to disappointment, blame and shame – anger and frustration. You are disappointed in other people, including your close relationships. You wonder why this keeps happening to you. We tell you that this is happening for you. Everything that presents itself in your lifetime is an opportunity to learn. When you learn that you are only in authority over your own experience, then you will realize that everyone else has their own authority over their own experience as well.
