  Good Morning. Here I am with the cat.      The cat is always in the moment...a lesson for all. Through your pets, you learn that the only requirement is to just be . There is no effort involved if you are in awareness and agreement to this. A dog, a cat or any other animal friend lives its life one moment at a time. It does not contemplate or obsess on the past or the future. The past may hold lessons of discernment for the sake of survival or nurturing the continuance of its species, but it does not obsess over what-ifs, or past actions. In fact they are so great at letting things go, that they are for the most part, ambassadors of Joy. They are companions that are here, and by choice, to offer us the opportunity to re-align to Joy, no matter what our current state of mind is. Think of the story of the prisoners who were allowed to adopt cats. Think of the service animals who comfort patients in the hospital, or are trained as helpers for their owners. Some anima...

Good morning my teachers, my guides, my H.S. Thank you for being here always. I am comforted. So, what do we have today? I give all of myself to the whole for the benefit of myself and all. How can I help? You will know in the moment. The moment you are in is all there is. No need to worry or fear anything that is not in the moment. You will know what to say, where to go, and how you can help by your own experience. You carry the light with you wherever you go. You illuminate the dark so others can see. They will naturally go towards the light. Just be. Just shine. Be the beacon on the hill, the candle in the dark, the warmth of the fire. In that way you are working with us.  Yes. Let it be so.  

What do I need to know today? Be gentle. See the wonder in nature. See the newness in everything. Just be.  How can I help? By not overwhelming them with everything you have learned. By listening and responding only as asked. We will give you the words in the moment. Trust your higher self. Be in resonance with us in the Upper Room, where there is no discord, no judgement, no fear. All is as it should be. Remember for them. 

 Reflecting on what I've said aloud, as I experience this amazing spiritual journey, I realize that my understanding is always given to me according to what my mind can hold at the moment. Every insight may be looked at anew in the next moment...and the next, bringing deeper and deeper understanding, into infinity.  The point of this reflection is to consider that what I say, out loud, may only be understood by another, at their own level of consciousness, at the moment.
