Pay attention to the signs your body is giving you. Aches and pains are signals that something is out of balance....shoulder, hip, joints.

The constant game playing is perhaps not the best way to spend your time. There are other ways. Creativity will help you to be yourself, in the moment. Good for all. 

Painting, music, dance, language, sewing, designing, body movement, walking, conversation, reading, are all available to you. You have many choices and many skills that can bring you joy and peace. Remember who and what you are. Remember we are here, and you are never alone on this journey of the soul. 


Take the little one* with you today. Cradle her and cherish her. Observe her reactions and just say, "Well aren't you cute."
