Meditation On Demand
The practice of daily meditation makes it much easier to access that quiet state of mind when needed...at other times.
These days, everything else in our lives seems to be "On Demand", so the idea of Peace Of Mind On Demand, appeals to me and is easy to do, with practice.
My goal is to view meditation, going deeper, going higher, as a natural instinctive thing to do whenever I find myself not at peace, or in any state of mind that feels less than loving.
Here is my 3-breath start of a peaceful state of mind, whenever I need it.
I am Word through my body, Word I am Word.
I am Word through my vibration, Word I am Word.
I am Word through my knowing of myself as Word, Word I am Word.
